Hackley Health at the Lakes is a new medical facility that combines comprehensive, high quality healthcare with convenience and easy access. It offers a broad range of patient-centered services, including offices for primary care physicians, lab, x-ray, physical therapy, water therapy, pharmacy, cafe, and an urgent care center. Hackley Health at the Lakes also offers the area’s first Women’s Center, dedicated to delivering health services to women of all ages in a caring environment.

The 65,000-square-foot outpatient facility is owned by Rockford Development Group and master-leased to Hackley Hospital. The building anchors the new Hackley Lakes Professional Village, a 53-acre Class A professional office park with Highway US-31 exposure in Norton Shores, Michigan. Since Phase I completion in December 2005, two more medical groups have invested in the Village. In addition to the medical office space available for lease, retail space is also planned for the site.

Within a challenging time frame, Rockford Development Group secured the design of the building and necessary leases to move forward with construction on Hackley’s anchor facility. Mutual trust and commitment to the project allowed Hackley Hospital and Rockford Companies to successfully deliver the first phase of the Village on this fast track. 

Rockford Development Group has also brought physician investors to the Hackley Lakes Professional Village. This structure produces three-fold benefits - the physicians gain stable investments, Hackley Hospital sees their physicians become long-term stakeholders in the facility, and Rockford secures tenants truly committed to the success of the Village.
