This pre-engineered metal building with a 35-foot clear ceiling height features 112,000 square feet of "super flat floors" to accommodate a wire guided order picking system.
Three conveyor lines serve 12 truck docks.
The project also contains a mezzanine, trash conveyor and expansion capabilities. A 133,000-square-foot expansion project was completed in 2003, bringing the total square footage to 360,000.

This project provided corporate offices and a manufacturing facility for 2/90 Sign Systems. This 48,000-square-foot building was pre-engineered with 24,000 square feet of conventional structural steel and masonry construction. A dramatic glass curtain wall added aesthetic appeal.
