When we first began developing this area, Rockford Development Group had all of these ideas about how we could make the Monroe Center neighborhood look and feel like a neighborhood. It needed living space and it needed retail. The addition of An'ginas Boutique brings superior retail to Monroe Center. Rockford Development's vision, and the City's vision, is really coming together.
Little Bohemia

Function: Retail Store
Date Completed: 2002
A complete interior remodel was performed, including new wall and floor finishes, stairs and ramps to provide ADA accessibility and custom display areas. This retail store was relocated across the street on Monroe Center to the Peck Building, which is located in the Historic District. Little Bohemia offers an eclectic mix of more than 12,000 varieties of beads, furniture, books, gifts, tapestries, carpets, clothing, musical instruments, artwork, and candles.
