Mr. Maier brought his expertise to real estate development for Rockford Development Group, specializing in new and renovated office buildings, institutional, medical, multi-family and industrial properties. With a 20-year background in real estate, banking and finance, Mr. Maier currently oversees a portfolio of properties amounting to 1.7 million square feet.

Mr. VanGessel is a founding partner in Rockford Construction Company, Inc. He has helped grow the company from a two-person firm doing $3.1 million construction annually to a 200-person firm with total revenues more than $285 million in 2005. In his career, Mr. VanGessel has provided project management on more than 1,500 construction projects totaling over 1.2 billion dollars.

Mr. Hassberger joined Rockford Construction Company, Inc. in 1995 as General Counsel and became Chief Operating Officer in 1997. From 1978 through 1995, he was in private legal practice with Rhoades McKee, with particular emphasis on zoning, municipal, and real estate issues. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, is President of the Better Business Bureau of Western Michigan, and is a the Chairman of the Grand Rapids Downtown Alliance.

For more than 22 years, Mrs. Towner has been fiscally responsible for all aspects contributing to Rockford Companies' overall financial success. Her extensive background in public accounting, performing audits and tax services, has served her well in her role as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Dressander has more than 36 years of experience in Civil Engineering, which includes 25 years of consulting engineering prior to joing Rockford Construction Company, Inc. He expertly manages all aspects of land development with municipalities, planning commissions, regulatory agencies, the Department of Environmental Quality, and the Michigan Department of Transportation.
